Graduate of WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management (Koblenz), studies abroad in Lille/France (EDHEC Business School) and Kingston/Canada (Queen’s University MBA programme, including principled negotiation).
Classic management career for more than 20 years at Otto Group, latterly with responsibility for 100 employees and an annual sales volume of several hundred million euros (paper, print, logistics, services, IT). Since 2011 Dirk has worked as an independent negotiation trainer and organisational consultant. He offers negotiation advice to decision-makers, mainly in relation to purchasing and sales, but also advises on process analysis and optimisation, as well as on organisational improvements, primarily in the area of purchasing. His industry focus is on IT, consulting, retail trade and sports. Dirk combines many years of experience in various management positions with exceptional negotiation skills, never losing sight of the big picture.
