For 18 years Ireneusz Dzideczek worked for a few international companies in the trade departments like Commercial Union S.A., Gerling S.A., MW Trade S.A., negotiating financial terms and conditions, managing and supervising proper operation of sales department, branches, and selling team. Planning and execution sales targets. The positions he held included: Regional Director, Regional Manager, and Branch Manager. For 12 years, he has been working as a business trainer specialising in negotiation whilst continuing negotiating professionally. The subject area of activities is business communication such as: commercial negotiations, telemarketing, presentation skills, coaching, team building, assertiveness training, and more. That way, he always put theory into practice, and experience from practice into trainings.
